This is our more Premium Front Mount Intercooler kit for the GU TD42.

It's perfect for those wanting a sleek polished finish or the option to powder coat it in any of our 4 styles of black.

This kit is designed to suit a Factory Low Mount ht18 Turbo and a factory positioned Aftermarket Low Mount Turbo with a 2" outlet with our airbox/intake. - Please select the right option.

Suits Auto and Manual Vehicles
Retains the Factory thermo fan & AC Condensor
Retains Factory power steering cooler (brackets flipped - need to remount lower)
Includes a Plazmaman Cooler (600x300mm)
CNC cut and folded brackets
Includes 2.5” hot and cold stainless pipework
Includes a new Intake manifold elbow
Includes CNC machined boss with x3 boost outlets
Bed rolled ends
Includes all joiners, clamps & hardware
Requires 2x 3" holes to be cut in Rad support, for pipework to fit
Suits both the Wide Rad and Narrow Rad
Suits S1-3 and S4 models
Suits TI engines (EGR Delete is recommended for installation of this kit)

Kits ordered from 1st April 2025 onwards for the Factory Low Mount option (not aftermarket), will receive the revised Hot Side design, to suit our Clear Top Airbox/Intake.
Kits ordered from 1st of August 2026 onwards for the Aftermarket Low Mount option, will receive the revised Hot Side design to suit our Clear Top Airbox/Intake

Please note: this is designed to suit the Genuine Factory Front Bar (steel) and some trimming/cutting is required for installation. Current photos are of a display kit only and will vary slightly for the Hot Side to what is supplied for the Factory Low Mount Turbo option, due to recent revision of the Hot Side design within the kit. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions. We recommend the installation be done by a professional if you are not confident to take it on as a DIY as it is a 4x4 Aftermarket product for off-road use only.
